NICHEZ developed the name, Evobean Coffee and designed the logo brand identity.  Conceptually, the name and logo were to represent the evolution of the coffee business.  Evobean insisted on using 100% organic  fair trade and sustainably farmed coffee beans-Using reclaimed and recycled materials to build their retail locations-All while leaving tiny, baby-sized carbon footprints.  It was important to the Partners that we popularize and not politicize the ideals of the company.  So, we designed a brand that put a modern twist on an old business and made sure that we stayed clear of any green washing.  The result was a clean hip brand that told consumers, "You are what you drink."
